A brief introduction to the characteristics of the watch case accessories.
1. Glass.
Classification: According to the material, there are: plastic mirror, white glass, green glass, sapphire glass.
According to the structure, it is divided into: flat glass, single-bu glass, double-bu glass, single-bridge glass, double-bridge glass.
Professional knowledge points:
1) Under the premise of no special requirements from customers, we generally use white glass with hardened glass.
2) Glass chamfering is divided into smooth edge and sand edge. Generally below 10ATM, use glazing and sanding. For waterproof requirements above 10ATM, upper and lower double light edges are used. The size of the light edge is subject to the requirements of the engineering drawings.
3) The assembly structure of the glass is: viscose glue, beer I order.
4) Viscose water structure, the general waterproofness can only achieve 3-5ATM. Generally used in square shells and special-shaped shells.
5) The structure of beer I order can be more than 10-20. Generally used for round shells.
6) Viscose glue structure, only the glass position will leave glue traces. To cover up this defect, the bottom edge of the glass will be plated and printed. The unilateral width of the electroplating side is generally 65-70C. The color of the plating edge is generally required to be the plating color of the heel shell.
7) For the glass of the I-order structure, the diameter of the glass is 50C larger than the open surface of the shell (double-sided).
8) For viscose water structure, the size of the glass is 100C larger than the open side of the shell (double side).
9) Regarding the hardness of glass: the hardness of ordinary glass is 5-6 degrees in Morse. The hardness of sapphire is 9 degrees Mohs, second only to the hardness of diamonds, which is 10 degrees. Therefore, the sapphire glass is not easy to wear and the surface is smoother. Of course, the cost is greater.
According to the material, it is divided into: PP, PE material, TEFLON material, HYTREL material, ZYTEL material, etc.
According to the processing points: beer order, I order.
Professional knowledge points:
1) The thickness of I order is generally between 35-50C, waterproof above 5ATM, and the thickness cannot be less than 40C. The general design is 45C.
2) The height of the I order is generally more than 10C smaller than the height of the glass position of the watch case.
3) The inner diameter of the I order is generally equal to the outer diameter of the glass.
4) The inner upper corner + outer lower corner of the I order are all chamfered, and its function is: the guiding function during assembly to prevent the shovel order.
5) The I order is to achieve the waterproof function by the compression of the rubber. The general compression is between 10-20C.
O is usually a black rubber ring. 2) O-order material is generally NBR.
3) The specifications (diameter, wire diameter) of the O order are subject to the requirements of the engineering drawing.
6. bottom cover.
The function of the back cover of the watch is to fix the movement, dustproof and waterproof. Generally made of stainless steel. The back can be corroded with text and patterns, which are divided according to the assembly method: suction bottom, rice bottom, tooth bottom, screw bottom, etc.
Professional knowledge points:
1) The wave bottom is suitable for round shells, and generally can meet the waterproof requirements of 3-5ATM.
2) Rice bottom is suitable for square shell and special-shaped shell. Waterproof requirements are up to 3ATM.
3) The bottom of the tooth is: the difference between the bottom of the beer and the bottom of the solid core. Waterproof requirements can be more than 10-20ATM.
4) The screw bottom waterproof can also achieve 10-20ATM.
7. inner cover.
1) For the nouns of various parts of the inner cover, please refer to the following diagrams for details.
2) The inner cover material is generally made of rubber.
3) The outer diameter of the inner cover = the inner diameter of the wire hole, pay attention to the diagonal position of the inner cover of the square shell, which is 30-50C smaller than the shell hole.
4) In the design of the tooth bottom structure, in the watch case wire hole, the 9H position needs to be covered with a gong and a rice pit, and the inner cover needs to be added with a convex rice position accordingly. The function is to fix the inner cover and the hole to prevent the inner cover from being displaced when the bottom cover is assembled and rotated.
5) The general design of the compression amount of the inner cover: 20-25C.
8. Circle mouth
1) The ring mouth is divided into dead ring, ring ring and tooth ring.
2) The dead ring is divided into inner suction ring and outer suction ring.
3) The circle is divided into slingshot pieces, slingshot lines, and marbles.
9. Raw ears, hairpins, and flower branches.
