In this overview, we are outlining the primary conventional steps involved in the production of watch cases. Given the intricacies of individual watch projects, it is not feasible to cover every step exhaustively here. If you have a specific interest in any particular step and wish to delve deeper, we encourage you to reach out to us via email or schedule a video call.

Step 1: Confirming Customer Requirements

This involves understanding and confirming key customer specifications such as material preferences, ATM (water resistance), finish, movement type, sapphire crystal, and other relevant details.

Step 2: Confirmation of Drawings and Detailed Requirements

Acceptable formats for submitting drawings include hand-drawn sketches or 3D renderings in STEP, PDF, AI, and similar formats.

Step 3:  Order Confirmation and Delivery Terms

Establishing the order details, including confirming delivery timelines and negotiating payment terms.

Step 4:  Design and Production

Ensuring meticulous detailing of all components during the design phase. We reconfirm drawings and, if necessary, provide suggestions to optimize the design and manufacturing process.

Step 5:  Procurement of Raw Materials and Components

Initiating the purchase of raw materials and additional components, accompanied by a request for quality inspection reports from material suppliers.

Step 6:  Production of Physical Prototypes

Crafting physical prototypes through cutting and turning, a stage that requires dedicated time for engineers to set up the necessary machinery.

Step 7:  Hole-Punching Stage Inspection

Step 8:  CNC Machining

Utilizing advanced CNC machining techniques for intricate watch cases.

Step 9:  Mold-Making, Stamping, or Etching

Incorporating customer logos on specific components like the crown, bezel, and case back.

Step 11: Quality Inspection

Step 12:  Waterproof Testing

Conducting rigorous waterproof testing, achieving a capability of up to 50 ATM.

Step 13:  Quality Inspection and Packaging

Employing foam boxes and PP bags for packaging. Due to the necessity of segregating and individually packing components before bundling them together, packaging volumes are significant. Logistics fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, with actual weight considered for bulk shipments.

Step 14:  Shipping and Tracking Logistics

Typically dispatching samples via DHL/FEDEX/UPS for prompt and secure delivery.

Step 15:  Receipt Confirmation and Issue Resolution

Confirming the receipt of goods and addressing any identified issues. Proposing solutions for problems and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.

Step 16:  Mass Production Planning

Upon confirmation of the prototype, developing a comprehensive production plan for large-scale manufacturing.
