Cutting: As with any service that we offer, We will work closely with you to determine your needs and objectives, and then assess if CNC Wire Cutting is your best option, or if one of our other many services would best help you achieve your objectives. However, if this element is just a part of a bigger project we will be able to incorporate it into a full encompassing tailored solution.
CNC Machining : With our precision 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, combined with other advanced capabilities and our experienced team, we can handle all technical aspects of creating your watch cases.
Drilling: Itchr(34)s a significant advantage that CNC drilling machines are capable of accepting multiple bits. While operators may need to use a different type of drilling machine, they can equip that machine with a series of bits. Some machine types include a tool turret for even faster shuffling between bits. A continuous challenge for companies across markets is producing identical batches of products. This hurdle becomes amplified for custom machining projects. With CNC, however, those challenges are solved, leading to a consistent, imperfection-free production line.
Polishing & Grinding: CNC Surface Grinding machines are loaded with either a CAD or CAM file, which provides exact grinding instructions and ensures each watch cases meets the exact tolerances and specifications laid out in the original design. We will run tests to make sure that specifications are exact and to your expected level of quality.
Packing: we can tailor our packing services to fit your timeline, your budget and all of your watch cases. No matter which option you choose, we’ll take care of the loading, transportation. Plus, you’ll get our Full-Value Protection and the help of a move coordinator to support you throughout your move.
