While realizing personalized customization, we still adhere to the high standard of movement fit precision, and carry out 100% pre-assembly testing for each batch of custom cases with NH35/NH36 original movements to ensure that each custom case can perfectly adapt to the movement's operation and meet the dual demands of customers for movement stability and case personalized design.
Our custom watch cases are professionally tailored for the classic NH35 and NH36 mechanical movements, with precise structural design fully matching the core dimensional parameters of the two movements. We strictly follow the 38.0mm dial mounting diameter and 9.1mm movement thickness of NH35/NH36, and control the inner cavity positioning tolerance of the watch case at ±0.02mm through 5-axis CNC precision machining, ensuring seamless fit between the movement and the case without loose jitter or assembly interference. For the functional matching of the two movements, the crown position is accurately set for the 3 o'clock date display of NH35 and the dual calendar display of NH36, and the inner cavity gear position and push rod stroke are precisely calibrated to make the date/calendar adjustment smooth and sensitive, perfectly releasing the stable performance of NH35/NH36 movements in daily use.
