During the sampling stage, purchasing standard stainless steel materials is only a part of the cost. Unless special materials such as tantalum, cobalt alloy, or nickel metal are used, which are relatively expensive, the more significant expenses are for engineers to draft, modify, and confirm designs, as well as for machine adjustments. Since the sample quantities are small and cannot be produced in bulk, each piece must be individually processed, which takes a considerable amount of time. The scrap rate is high, and adjustments or even reworks are often needed.
In mass production, the costs will be significantly reduced. We will control costs and minimize waste. Regardless, we will provide you with the best service at a reasonable price.
