The electroplating process of watch dials: First, metal blanks such as brass or gold are cast and finely processed, and then immersed in different electroplating solutions. For example, when Rolex manufactures dials, the brass dial is immersed in gold and nickel electroplating solutions successively. Using the electrochemical principle of electroplating, metal ions are deposited on the surface of the blank to form a uniform metal layer.
