We offer a variety of watch cases including rectangular, barrel-shaped, and irregular designs. Unlike conventional round watches, achieving waterproofing in these designs presents unique challenges. However, we have conducted thorough analyses and devised solutions ranging from bottom covers and Crown to sapphire crystal, O-rings, and hot melt adhesive. We are pleased to announce that we have successfully met the standards for some of these shapes.
In the event of very special circumstances, we kindly ask for your patience as we continue to refine our processes. Please note that the images provided depict our standard watch cases. However, we have refrained from releasing images of newly customized watch cases. Instead, we have included a few videos below to offer insight into our daily operations.
Due to the custom nature of our watch cases tailored specifically for our clients, we are unable to publicly release them.
Throughout the duration of your watch project, we will furnish you with realistic appearance drawings and 3D renderings from various angles. Additionally, we can provide videos to ensure clarity in the design process. A comprehensive parts list will be meticulously compiled, and we will confirm all details before commencing machining. In cases where specific parts such as the crown are not specified, we will recommend universal options.

Regarding MOQ:
We do not have a strict MOQ requirement. Typically, our clients request 30 to 50 prototype units for testing purposes. Upon satisfactory testing, they proceed to place larger orders ranging from hundreds to thousands of units.
Regarding Cost Estimation:
The final costs depend on various factors, including the details confirmed in the drawing and other specific requirements. We offer comprehensive services encompassing the production of dials and other parts such as holders, bezels, crowns, etc. except movement.
We are a watch solution provider specializing in customizing high-end watches for our customers. While we have primarily focused on making watch cases since the inception of our business over a decade ago, we have recently expanded our services to include the assembly of complete watches in response to customer demand. Many of our clients prefer to personalize their timepieces by selecting their own dials, hands, and straps, entrusting us solely with the manufacturing of the watch case.
